Thermal imagers are instruments that create pictures of heat rather than light. They measure radiated IR energy and convert the data to corresponding maps of temperatures. These images can be used to detect heat loss, dampness and badly installed insulation.

Allbrite is qualified to be your BER Assessor (Building Energy Rating Assessors). We can advise on the energy efficiency of buildings and provide recommendations to builders, architects, engineers and/or homeowners to improve their energy rating.

Allbrite help you to get the required certificates needed to label any property within Ireland and also provide a Thermal Imaging Survey/audit to show heat losses, roof /window leaks, predicting maintenance in electrical switchgear and motors etc..

Thermal imaging is also used as part of the Allbrite preventative maintenance audit, as it will show all loose or inferior terminations (connections) and faulty motors or pumps as they will show an increase in temperature.
